Raymond, AlbertaAmerican Creek Resources Ltd. (the “Corporation”) (TSX Venture: AMK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert N. Edwards, CGA as Vice-President, Finance and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation.

The Corporation has agreed to issue to Mr. Edwards an aggregate of 50,000 common shares of the Corporation ("Common Shares") at a deemed price of $1.55 per Common Share and grant stock options under the Corporation's stock option plan (the "Plan") to acquire an aggregate of 150,000 Common Shares at an exercise price of $1.55 per Common Share.

In addition, the Corporation has agreed to issue to two consultants an aggregate of 100,000 Common Shares at a deemed price of $1.55 per Common Share and grant stock options under its Plan to consultants and employees of the Corporation to acquire an aggregate of 50,000 Common Shares at a deemed price of $1.55.

The appointment of Mr. Edwards and the issuance of the securities to him and to the consultants is subject to regulatory approval.
