American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: AMK) (“the Corporation”) wishes to provide a further update on events related to the ongoing litigation with Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) over the Treaty Creek property.

Further to the American Creek press release dated December 22, 2014, the Corporation reports that on December 23, 2014 the British Columbia Court of Appeal allowed Holmes & King, lawyers for Teuton, to withdraw as counsel for Teuton in the appeal over the Treaty Creek property, notwithstanding the fact that Holmes & King is Teuton's third law firm over the course of the litigation and the appeal hearing being only weeks away.  The Court's decision was based on the fact that Holmes & King indicated that "professional differences" between Holmes & King and Teuton included "ethical reasons".  As a result, Teuton is presently without legal counsel for the appeal, which remains scheduled for January 19 - 21, 2015.

The Corporation will provide further updates as events materialize.
