American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: AMK) (the “American Creek”) is pleased to announce that the appeal period for the British Columbia Court of Appeal decision rendered April 27, 2015, in the litigation with Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) over the Treaty Creek property, has expired and that Teuton did not file or serve a Notice of Application for Leave to Appeal within the appeal period.

American Creek obtained a consent Court Order directing that Teuton pay to American Creek costs pertaining to the above-noted court appeal in the amount of $47,500 on or before August 31, 2015.

Teuton failed to comply with the Court Order requiring it to pay the sum of approximately $165,000 to American Creek on or before June 1, 2015. Pursuant to a Writ of Seizure and Sale, American Creek has seized the mineral tenures registered to Teuton in British Columbia. The tendering period for the seized tenures closes July 24, 2015, after which some or all of the tenures may be sold to satisfy the outstanding debt owed by Teuton to American Creek.

The Court application to determine the balance of special costs owed to American Creek by Teuton is scheduled for July 13 and 14, 2015.
