AMERICAN CREEK RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: AMK) (“the Corporation”) announces that Allan Burton, Kirk Harline, and Darcy Heggie have resigned from the Corporation’s Board of Directors and that Allan Burton has also resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer. The Corporation is also pleased to announce that Robert N. Edwards, Sean Pownall and Dennis G. Edwards have been appointed to the Corporation’s Board of Directors. Darren Blaney has resigned as Chief Operating Officer and has been appointed to replace Mr. Burton as President and Chief Executive Officer. Robert N. Edwards will continue as the Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer. Allan Burton and Darcy Heggie will both remain in the capacity as advisors to the board. The changes to the Corporation’s board and management are effective December 31, 2015.

The Corporation wishes to thank Messrs. Burton, Harline, and Heggie for their longstanding contributions and dedication to the company’s Board of Directors. The Corporation also wishes to publically thank Mr. Burton for his significant contributions as a founder and as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer for the past decade.

The Corporation is very pleased to welcome the new board members and is looking forward to their contributions in future years.

The new appointments to the Corporation’s board are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
