American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: AMK) (the “Corporation”) wishes to provide an update on the litigation with Teuton Resources Corp. (“Teuton”) over the Treaty Creek property in northwest British Columbia.

The Corporation has received payment from Teuton in the amount of $321,792. The mineral tenures previously registered to Teuton that were seized by the Corporation have been released by the Court Bailiff.

Dino Cremonese, president of Teuton, failed to appear at the March 31, 2015 special costs hearing. Teuton was represented by Mr. Cremonese’s son, who stated that Mr. Cremonese could not appear due to health issues. Accordingly, the Court granted the Corporation an interim judgment for special costs against Teuton in the amount of $165,000 which must be paid by Teuton on or before June 1, 2015. A court date will be set to determine the balance of special costs owed by Teuton to the Corporation.

The British Columbia Court of Appeal has not yet released its decision from the March 9 – 11 hearing. The Corporation is confident that it will prevail.
